Diamond Coatings specialise in the production of sputtered coatings, including DIAMOX ITO which is available on glass, acrylic and other plastic substrates. The DIAMOX ITO coating, which offers high light transmission in the visible spectrum, is used extensively for electromagnetic shielding and is available in sheet resistances from 8 to 1500 ohms/sq. which provides a shielding effectiveness of typically 25 to 30dB. Sheet sizes up to 950mm by 950mm are available. The new DIAMET product line comprises metal coatings e.g. gold, palladium and copper and reactive coatings e.g. silicone dioxide and ITO which are available on a range of flexible substrates up to 150 metres in length.Diamond is approved to ISO 9001:2000.
